tchatika

Features

From the first “Hi” to the payment received.

Tchatika covers the whole journey of a sale on WhatsApp. The bot does the repetitive work. Your team keeps the conversations that matter.

A bot that actually sells

On the first message, the customer gets your welcome and a simple menu. They type 1 for the catalogue, CMD 3 x2 to order, 3 to talk to someone. You test the bot in the app before you open it.

  • Welcome menu
  • Catalogue in one word
  • Order in one line
02

Catalogue and orders

Add your products with a price and, if you want, stock. Each order arrives with the customer, the items and the total. Stock goes down when the order is paid.

  • Short codes
  • Stock tracking
  • Paid, delivered, cancelled
03

Mobile Money payment

Connect your NotchPay public key. The bot then sends a payment link with every order. The customer pays by MTN MoMo, Orange Money or card. The money lands in your account; Tchatika never touches it.

  • MTN MoMo and Orange Money
  • Bank card
  • Straight to you
04

The shared inbox

Every conversation lands in one place, with unread counts. A team member replies, and the bot goes quiet for that customer. WhatsApp’s 24-hour window is shown, so you always know what you are allowed to send.

  • The whole team
  • Bot or human
  • 24-hour window shown
05

Templates and campaigns

To message first, WhatsApp requires an approved template. Tchatika spots the mistakes that get templates rejected, submits it and tracks the answer. Campaigns then go to opted-in contacts only, 250 a day at most.

  • Checked before sending
  • Opted-in only
  • STOP honoured

AI answers, if you want

Turn on AI and the bot answers free-form questions from your FAQ and catalogue. It never invents a price or a delay. When it does not know, it offers a human.

  • Optional
  • Based on your info
  • Hands over

Our limits, stated

What Tchatika does not do.

  • Send promotions to contacts who never asked for them.
  • Hold your money: payments go to your own NotchPay account.
  • Lock you in: your number and your WhatsApp Business account stay yours.
