This site has no form and no analytics or advertising tool. A technical cookie may remember your language. The server keeps technical logs (IP address, requested page) for security.

The app: our customers

We process our customers’ name, email, company name, WhatsApp Business number and the technical identifiers of their WhatsApp Business account, as well as their billing history.

The app: our customers’ contacts

WhatsApp number, profile name, messages exchanged, orders and consent to receive offers. For this data, the customer business is the controller. Tchatika acts as a processor, on its instructions.

Who we share it with

Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), Twilio (WhatsApp API access), NotchPay and Stripe (payments), Anthropic only if the business turns on AI answers, and our host Contabo. We sell no data and do not use it for advertising.

How long

As long as the business account is active, then 90 days after it closes, unless the law requires otherwise (invoices).

Your rights
